Arun Joshi, President of JSI Construction, Inc. and his family immigrated to the United Sates in 1973 to California. Arun is a professional electrical engineer and worked in the nuclear industry for over 35 years. The Joshi family relocated to the Tri-Cities in 1979. Capturing the spirit of his family's entrepreneurial background in the manufacturing industry and real estate investment experience in California, Arun started his second career in real estate in 1980 and opened his own real estate office, A&V Enterprises, Inc., in 1989.
