| Ron Bowden, of Integrity Builders & Design, Inc., enjoyed the challenge of custom designing The Lincoln Design, a 5,451-square-foot custom home, for Kim and Alan Sherman. His extensive experience in home building brought Kim and Alan’s vision into this dream home.
The arched doorway welcomes you into a dramatic entry that features tile to wood flooring. The 3-car garage, tall ceilings, and rounded corners are standards in Integrity homes. Arches lead you to the master suite and bath, while the kitchen, with granite countertops and natural maple finish wood floor flows into the nook. While in the great room, nook, or on the deck, the majestic view of the Tri-Cities can be enjoyed. This 3-level home has a daylight basement with a generous view and plenty of storage. The gas fireplace in the great room has tile surround and a wood mantle. The master suite has a see-through fireplace and shower area with cultured marble and tile mix base. The Jack and Jill bath on the second floor features cultured marble as well.
