Bruce Tanninen received a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Washington State University in 1989. In 1991, he started his own home building company and has been building ever since. He has designed and built custom homes over the last 14 years. He personally oversees all of the details of construction from start to finish and has established himself as an honest and trustworthy builder with a consistent high standard of quality.

The plans are studied at great length for details such as traffic flow, furniture arrangement options and how a certain plan fits best on a particular lot.
